If you’ve been wanting to get your feet wet in the entertainment industry AND earn credit towards classes at The Actor’s Scene, our internships may be right for you.
TAS has several different internships options available, based on your area of interest!

Internship requirements/guidelines:
- All Internships are non-paid; however, an hourly credit can be earned towards TAS classes.
- All interns must be at least 16 years old.
- Internships are great for high school students, college students, or parents of younger children.
- See age and other parameters for each internship below.
About the Internships
Office Internship
Our office internship will work with our administrative staff to make TAS an organized and welcoming place to all students and visitors. If you are looking for office OR administrative entertainment experience to add to your resume, this would be the internship for you!
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Parents of younger children can apply for this Internship.
- Do not have to be a current TAS student or affiliate.
- $10/hour credit earned can be applied toward regular session classes or 6-week classes
- 1 day a week, 4-5 hour shift.
- Must commit for 16 weeks at a time, Jan-May or August-November.
- Internship duties would include general office assistance as assigned by Office Manager.
Student / Talent Relations Internship
Our Student / Talent Relations Internship helps cultivate our current client base and understand their needs. Are you a natural liaison? Do you have an interest in Marketing, Public Relations, or Market Research?
If so, read on!
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Parents of younger children can apply.
- MUST BE A CURRENT TAS STUDENT OR PARENT.
- $10 hour credit earned can be applied toward regular session classes, 6-week classes, or Audition Tapings at TAS.
- 1 day a week, 4-5 hour shift.
- Must commit for 1 (school-calendar) year.
- Must be comfortable talking to our customers over the phone, as this position will be talking with our current customers on an ongoing basis.
Coach Assistant Internship
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Parents of younger children can apply.
- MUST BE A CURRENT TAS STUDENT OR PARENT.
- An $10/hour credit earned can be applied toward regular session classes, 6-week classes, or audition tapings at TAS.
- Sundays and Tuesday afternoons. Up to 6 hour shifts.
- Must commit for the entire year (until classes end in May).
- This intern assists with traffic flow and coach needs during classes for our 4-8 and 9-12 year old classes.
Summer Camp Internship
- Must be at least 16 years old and have some knowledge training (classes) of entertainment industry.
- Do NOT have to be TAS student or affiliate. Assists our Camp Coaches with games, exercises and camp activities.
- Helps with general set-up, flow and clean up of camps.
- Must commit to full week or two week camp.
- Non paid, however $10/hour credit earned can be applied toward classes or audition tapings at TAS.
- Excellent resume builder.
